turbalance is hiring an experienced, execution-oriented Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and long-term enterprise account growth across Europe.
In this role, you will own the full revenue cycle from sourcing and closing new customers to actively managing and expanding relationships post-sale. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position where you retain responsibility for your accounts and revenue outcomes.
We operate at the intersection of AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing infrastructure, selling a technical platform and services to engineering, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders. You will take a consultative, solution-oriented approach, helping customers design and scale GPU-powered workloads across cloud and data center environments.
Your Tasks
As this role sells a technical product (platform and services) to a technical customer, experience and comfort with data center infrastructure, cloud, and GPU-enabled environments is required.
- Drive net-new enterprise acquisition across Europe through outbound prospecting and strategic account development
- Own and expand customer relationships post-close, maintaining engagement well ahead of renewals
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise procurement and legal teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting using CRM tools and structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC)
