We are looking for someone who is eager to bring their organizational skills into a startup environment and help create an office that is welcoming, well-organized, and runs smoothly. In this role, you will support the Head of Operations and Head of People in day-to-day activities, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.
- Coordinate office operations in Heidelberg (cleaning staff, service providers, equipment, office supplies)
- Support the organization of internal (e.g. company-wide workshops, leadership offsites) and external events
- Coordinate scheduling, bookings, travel, and on-site logistics
- Maintain and manage the company-wide calendar, ensuring visibility of key milestones
- Support HR onboarding processes (tool access, workflows, structured documentation, welcome materials)
- Assist in organizing employee benefits, such as mobility or housing solutions
