To support our growing team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build the team that is bringing AI infrastructure optimization to the next level. In this role, you’ll work across both technical and business hiring, diving into complex engineering roles while also supporting the growth of our operational and go-to-market teams for our US entity.
We're searching for someone who knows how to source niche positions and genuinely cares about making the hiring process better for everyone involved.
Own full-cycle recruiting: Partner with leadership and hiring teams across engineering, operations, and go-to-market to define requirements, source candidates, and close hires.
Active sourcing: Go beyond LinkedIn by engaging with talent across GitHub, technical communities, and relevant professional networks
Role definition & alignment: Work closely with hiring managers to clearly define role expectations and required skill sets across both technical and business roles
Hiring strategy: Stay aligned with headcount planning and product roadmap to anticipate future hiring needs
Candidate experience: Deliver a high-quality, transparent, and engaging recruitment process
Data-driven recruiting: Use hiring insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and help us select the best tools to do so.
Market research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies across tech and business functions
