Your profile
- 5–7+ years of senior HR leadership experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of German employment law as well as practical experience
- Excellent understanding of HRIS systems (Personio preferred)
- Proven track record designing and implementing salary bands, leveling frameworks, and performance management systems.
- Experience supporting and scaling diverse, international teams across on-site, hybrid, and remote environments.
- Efficient stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Highly resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Fluent in English (business level) and German (C1 or above).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with DEI initiatives
- Experience working with external recruitment agencies and managing international employment structures via EORs
This is a hybrid position based in or near Heidelberg, combining regular on-site collaboration with flexible remote work.
