We are looking for a reliable person to support our growing AI infrastructure startup in Heidelberg. You will help keep our office clean, organised and welcoming, take care of the kitchen, shared spaces and meeting rooms, restock drinks and snacks, and support with small shopping and organisational tasks.
The role is approximately 12–16 hours per week, spread across 3–4 mornings, and is fully on-site at our office near Heidelberg Central Station.
Your responsibilities
Cleaning and maintaining our office space
Keeping the kitchen, shared areas and meeting rooms clean and organized
Regularly stocking the fridge with breakfast items, drinks and snacks
Shopping for groceries, cleaning products and other office supplies
Monitoring supplies and restocking them when needed
Supporting the team with general housekeeping and organizational tasks
