To support our growing team, we are looking for a Tech Recruiter to help us bring AI infrastructure optimization to the next level. In this role, you’ll focus on technical hiring for our German entity, partnering closely with engineering leadership to identify and attract exceptional talent. We’re looking for someone who enjoys sourcing niche technical profiles and genuinely cares about creating a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and engineering leadership to define role requirements, align hiring priorities, and support recruitment processes for technical roles.
Collaborate closely with an international, distributed Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team to maintain scalable and consistent hiring practices.
Coordinate and manage interview processes from first contact through offer stage.
Source and engage high-quality engineering talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines across software engineering, AI infrastructure, distributed systems, and platform engineering domains.
Use recruiting metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness, process efficiency, and overall hiring quality.
Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies relevant to AI infrastructure and technical hiring.
